Why the name of Little Brittany?
Here is the explanation
Every French culinary tradition is rooted in a region of France. The crepe lives in Brittany. Famous for its jagged coastline and picturesque landscapes, Brittany is also known for its myriads of creperies dotting the streets of its villages and towns, serving traditional savory buckwheat crepes known as galettes as a meal, sweet crepes and an assortment of delicious pastries for dessert.
We are bringing the wholesome and traditional savors of Brittany to Miami. In the spirit of communities who as they settled in America called their neighborhood after the place they came from, we named our creperie Little Brittany.
